Terms and conditions


Orders 
By placing an order with Pieces Of You it will be assumed that these Terms and Conditions have been read, understood and agreed to. Please contact bridget.west@piecesofyou.co.uk should you be unsure about any aspect of these terms before placing an order with us.


These Terms and Conditions and your use of our web site are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court. This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights.


Once an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched a contract between the customer and Pieces Of You will exist. This does not affect your statutory rights.


We will not be liable for any direct/indirect loss of profits or other financial loss/damage through reasonable delay; due to reasonable delivery rescheduling or due to unforeseen circumstances outside of Pieces Of You control.


Prices and availability of goods is subject to change without notice. Every effort is made to ensure that this will not happen. A delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate, please see delivery times and charges.

There is no minimum order   

Payment

Items remain the property of Pieces of You until paid for in full. All prices quoted on our website were accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£). We accept online payments in a secure environment via Google. Your bank information is encrypted and processed on a Google secure server to which Pieces Of You has no access. The service is free and major credit cards are accepted.


 

"Bespoke Service" products

The contract will stand upon written confirmation and deposit. Pieces Of You reserves the right to accept or decline your order.  Once production has begun for the ‘Bespoke Service’ products, cancellation on your part will mean the loss of deposit. ‘Bespoke Service’ products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty. This does no affect your statutory rights.

Delivery 

 Stock permitting, all orders placed online will be dispatched to arrive with UK customers within a few days. This may be longer over the Christmas period but you will be advised of delays.  Please check quantities and timelines prior to placing an order as larger quantities may require production

On bespoke items delivery time is 6-8 weeks depending on the project.

Pieces Of You uses recycled packaging. The products will be covered safely. Should the products be visible through the packaging please refuse receipt of goods. In the unlikely event of a problem please contact Bridget immediately on 07967383966       

Any errors or damage to goods in transit must be notified within 3 days of receipt of goods and packaging must be kept for a credit/refund to be issued.

Cancellation

You may cancel your confirmed order up to dispatch unless the order is for a ‘Bespoke Service’ product. Payments will be refunded in full within 30 days.

Returns Policy 

 All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. Any returns must be authorised and will be credited to your account. No claims will be accepted if products are altered in any way. ‘Bespoke Service’ products cannot be returned.

We reserve the right to choose to offer an exchange or refund provided the products are returned in unused condition. Please read our Care Information as we can’t accept items that have been damaged in the wash. Arrangement and payment for returns will be paid by you, except where the item is faulty. Obtain proof of postage as we can’t accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
